Delivery Policy

At Little Shop of Wonders, we want your magical goodies to arrive safely, swiftly, and with as little fuss as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets from our shelves to your hands:

  1.  Who delivers the magic?

We’ve partnered with Fastway Couriers, one of South Africa’s most reliable courier services. They help us get your orders to you quickly and securely, whether you’re in Joburg, Cape Town, Durban, or a tiny town with a big heart.

  1. How long does it take?

Delivery times depend on where you are:

  • Major Metros = 1–3 working days
  • Regional Areas = 3–5 working days
  • Outlying Areas = 3–7 working days

We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your parcel hits the road, so you can follow its every move (without creeping out the courier).

We’re not responsible for delays caused by strikes, extreme weather, or gremlins in the logistics chain – but if things go awry, we’ll help sort it out.

  1. Order processing times
  • Ready-made items: Orders placed before 12PM on weekdays are packed and sent off the same day. 
  • Custom-printed goods (such as personalised cards or products): Please allow 3–7 working days for production before shipping.
  • Orders placed after 12PM or on weekends are processed the next business day. (Yes, we rest on weekends too. Even magical shops need their beauty sleep.)
  1. Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can check in on your parcel’s progress at any time—no need to cast a locating spell.

  1. Missed a delivery?

If you’re not home when your parcel arrives, don’t worry. Fastway will leave a calling card and make arrangements for redelivery or depot pickup, depending on what works best for you.

  1. Lost or damaged parcels

We take great care in packing your items securely, and our courier includes limited cover for loss or damage. If something’s gone wrong in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll assist with the claims process.

  1. A quick note on delivery limitations

We currently deliver within South Africa only. We don’t ship to PO Boxes. Please use a physical address where someone can sign for your parcel.
